Shipping Policies:
Gypsy Tea offers Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day
Air services, all provided by USPS or Fedex. To Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, we
ship via USPS.
How quickly will
my order ship?
All orders received on a business day by 12pm PST are typically shipped by the next business day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend or a holiday are typically shipped out by the second business day. During peak periods such as before Christmas or Mother's Day, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. Next Day orders ship the same business day if placed by 11am PST, otherwise they ship next business day. Our warehouse is located in Commerce, California. For some parts of the country, you may not require as much lead time for ground delivery.
Do you ship to P.O.
Boxes?
Yes. For P.O. Boxes we ship via USPS.
Do
you ship to APOs and FPOs?
Yes. For APOs and FPOs we ship via USPS.
How soon can I expect to receive my products after placing an order?
The standard shipping for Zhena's Gypsy Tea products is ground service. Delivery times are dependent on the delivery service and vary depending on your geographical location and time of year. Although not common, an order may take as many as 10 days. You may choose to expedite shipping by requesting Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery. All shipping charges are incorporated into your order total.
Alaska & Hawaii
We gladly ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately it takes a little more oomph to get there so the shipping fee is higher.

Return Policy
What is the Gypsy Tea Return
Policy?
Gypsy Tea takes great pride in offering only the healthiest, highest quality, tastiest teas on the market. This is why we are pleased to offer a complete satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason your expectations are not met, simply return your purchase and we will gladly replace it or refund your money within 30 days of purchase. For orders placed between Thanksgiving Day and December 25th, we accept returns through January 31st. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of shipping the return items back to us and no refund will be made for the initial shipping charges.
How do I return
or exchange items from my order?
If you have an item that you wish to return, please contact using the contact information at the top of the page to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER! Be sure to include the item name(s), the reason for your return, your name and phone number, and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. Please also include your order number if you have it available.
Ordering Policies
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply add all desired items to your shopping cart. To place any of the items in a shopping cart, simply click on its price on its individual product page under "add to cart." You may change quantities by entering a desired number and hitting the 'recalculate' button. To remove an item, simply set its quantity to zero. Once complete, please hit the 'checkout' button.
What are your accepted
payment methods?
Gypsy Tea accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All
transactions are in U.S. Dollars.
Is ordering on
your site secure?
You are ordering over a secure web site and your personal information will not be shared, traded or sold to any other agency or individual. All information entered is protected against unauthorized access through industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption from Geotrust to ensure that your information is securely transmitted to our servers.
Do you collect sales
tax?
Gypsy Tea is required to collect sales tax in California.
Sales tax only applies to our gift sets
and tea accessories, tea is treated as food and not taxed.
Can I send my order
as a gift?
Of course! Many of our customers give Gypsy Tea
as a gift. During checkout, your shipping address may be different than
your billing address. You also may enter a gift message of up to 100 characters.
This message will print on the packing slip that will be enclosed with
every order.
Do you offer gift
wrapping?
Unfortunately, we do not do gift wrapping.
Do you have gift
certificates?
Yes. Our Gift Certificates are the perfect way to give a special someone the Gift of Gypsy Tea. You may schedule email delivery as well.
Can I purchase Gypsy
Tea in a store?
Gypsy Tea is available through fine gourmet and natural, specialty food markets, grocery stores, select department stores, cafés, spas, resorts and restaurants. Please feel free to contact info@gypsytea.com for a store recommendation near you.
